Ordered goods do not fit or I do not like, what can I do?

Of course, you can return any item purchased in the Comazo online store free of charge within 14 days anywhere in Germany. However, please make sure that the original labels remain on the product. Also, for hygienic reasons, we ask you to wear your own underwear when trying on the product and to avoid soiling it during the fitting.

 

You can return the package to one of our stores, you can find the location here: comazo.com/stores - or proceed as follows:

1. for a quick processing of the return within Germany, please fill out the return slip in the package.

2. put the return bill in the package, as well as the items you want to return. Close the package adequately. 3.

3. stick the return label on the outside of the package so that it is clearly visible. Within Germany, you can use the provided return label to drop off the package at a DHL post office or parcel store. You can find the nearest collection point at https://www.dhl.de/paketshops.

Returns from Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg can be dropped off at a shipping service provider of your choice. Please send the return at your own expense to the following address: Comazo Manufacturer Sales Kolbermoor, Am Rotbachl 1, 83059 Kolbermoor, Germany.

What do I have to do if I want to exchange an item?

You can exchange the goods directly in our more than 25 stores. You can find the locations of the stores here: comazo.com/stores.

In the online store, a direct exchange or an offset against a replacement item is unfortunately technically not possible. Please return the item that does not fit or does not like as described above. The item you want in exchange must be ordered again.
How long does it take to get my money back in case of a return?

For payments made through Paypal, as soon as the return has been approved by us, Paypal will notify you that your Paypal account has been credited.

For credit card payments, the credit is credited to the credit card used for payment. Please note that depending on the credit card institute it can take up to 2 weeks until the credit is credited. For all other payment methods, we instruct the chargeback as soon as possible after processing the return.

My return slip is not in the package, what now?

Uoups, then we must have made a mistake with your package, but we will get that solved as well. Here you can create a new label yourself: /dhl.retourelabel-deutschland.de
