What is modal?
Modal is a manufactured cellulose fibre derived from wood. It belongs to the family of regenerated cellulose fibres and is often used to create fabrics with a soft, smooth feel. The feel and stretch of the finished garment also depend on the fibre blend and how the fabric is made.
